CBC Community comprises of The Incuba as well as a number of other venues in Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard that can service private and corporate events, meetings, conferences, and much more. We started out with a specific focus on giving a helping hand to those who work within the ever-growing green economy and new start-up businesses but have now expanded to help support businesses of all sizes as well as individuals and groups from across the community at competitive rates.

Our facilities

We offer a number of facilities that are available for rent including meeting rooms, office space and conference areas. We also have an onsite café (open during term time only) which provides a full catering service for large events, private functions and meetings.
